Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and store footfall.
  • Plan promotional campaigns, offers, launches, and seasonal activities.
  • Manage social media content, branding, and online presence.
  • Coordinate with sales and store teams to achieve marketing and business targets.
  • Manage marketing agencies, influencers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team.
