Station Associate / Delivery Associate

We are hiring Station Associate and Delivery Associate for first-mile & Last Mile Logistics operations across multiple locations in Surat. Candidates can choose opportunities based on their preferred area. Locations: Palsana, Bamroli, Saroli, Adajan -Surat

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Station Associate to join our fast-paced delivery station team. In this role, you will be responsible for offloading incoming freight, scanning and sorting parcels by route or PIN code, and staging bags for delivery drivers. (Note: This is an indoor warehouse/station role; door-to-door customer delivery is not required.)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive & Unload: Offload packages from incoming delivery trucks and line-haul vehicles.
• Scan & Verify: Use handheld barcode scanners and mobile devices to log parcel arrivals, check weights, and inspect for damage.
• Sort & Stage: Sort parcels into designated route racks, bins, or pigeonholes according to PIN codes and beat clusters.
• Bag & Loadout: Pack sorted items into heavy-duty delivery totes or route bags and prep them for driver dispatch.
• Returns (RTS) Handling: Process undelivered or returned packages brought back by drivers, scanning reason codes and updating inventory.
• Station Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all facility safety and operational guidelines.

Basic Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th standard (SSC/SSLC) pass or equivalent.
• Age: Minimum 18 years old.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift packages during shifts.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable operating a smartphone or handheld terminal/scanner & Basic Computer.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible or rotational/early-morning shifts.
