Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for individual and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, hotels, flights, and activities.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
  • Manage flight, hotel, visa, transportation, and other travel-related bookings.
  • Provide accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries, changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
  • Ensure all bookings and travel documents are accurate and completed on time.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Guide junior travel consultants and support the team in achieving business goals.
