# Job Description – Insurance Back Office Executive
**Company:** Jagad Insurance
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Processing insurance proposals and policy issuance.
- Preparing quotations and coordinating with insurance companies.
- Handling policy endorsements and renewals.
- Verifying client documents and policy details.
- Coordinating for claim intimation and claim follow-ups.
- Maintaining policy records, renewal trackers and MIS reports.
- Following up with clients, insurers and underwriters.
**Required Skills:**
- Basic knowledge of General Insurance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- MS Excel, Word and email drafting.
- Attention to detail and time management.
**Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline.
**Experience:** 1–3 years preferred. Freshers can also apply.
