Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business, partnerships, corporate sales, and revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads and opportunities
- Develop corporate, fleet, taxi & workshop partnerships
- Achieve monthly business development targets
- Manage client meetings, negotiations & follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations and business plans
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Operations teams
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular business reports
- RequirementsExperience: 3–6 Years in Business Development/Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience in Automobile, Fleet, Taxi or Service industry preferred
- Good knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Gujarati, Hindi & English preferred
