Job Description
BDM – Business Development Manager
Age: 22 to 35
Male or Female
- Target Driven: Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and convert opportunities that directly contribute to company revenue.
- Client Acquisition: Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Outdoor Client Meetings: Regular meetings with brands, corporates, franchise investors, landlords and property owners.
- Franchise Development: Identify potential franchise partners and drive the franchise acquisition process.
- Corporate Leasing: Connect with brands and corporates for their expansion and leasing requirements.
- Brand Connect: Build and maintain relationships with national, regional and emerging brands.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads, follow up consistently and convert prospects into business.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients, brands and business partners.
- Market Development: Identify new markets, locations and business opportunities for expansion.
Core Focus:
Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Business Development → Negotiation → Conversion → Revenue Generation
