Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer/client queries and maintain good relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely order processing.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and feedback.

  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
