Job Description
Perform daily data entry related to production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and sales.
Maintain and update records in ERP / MIS / Tally / Excel systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Handle billing, invoicing, challans, and GRN entries.
Maintain stock records, inward–outward entries, and material tracking.
Coordinate with production, store, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
Manage emails, printing, scanning, and filing of important documents.
Support audits and compliance-related data requirements.
Follow company SOPs and ensure confidentiality of data.
Monday to Saturday: 9:30AM to 7:30 PM
Sunday : 9:00AM TO 1:00PM
