KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Credit Card Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for credit card products and supporting the growth of the retail credit card business. The role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, product pitching, documentation, KYC, application processing, coordination with internal teams, target achievement and customer relationship management.  A. BUSINESS SOURCING & LEAD GENERATION • Generate credit card leads through direct sales, field visits and local market activities. • Identify potential salaried, self-employed and eligible customer profiles. • Approach customers at offices, markets, residential areas, institutions and other suitable locations. • Build a pipeline of prospective customers and convert leads into applications. • Maintain regular field activity and customer interactions. B. PRODUCT SALES & CUSTOMER PITCHING • Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees and applicable terms clearly. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable card/product options. • Handle objections related to fees, eligibility, documentation and benefits. • Complete the sales process professionally without making unauthorized commitments. C. DOCUMENTATION & KYC • Collect and verify required customer documents. • Assist customers in completing the credit card application. • Ensure KYC and address details are complete and accurate. • Collect applicable income and employment-related documents as required. D. APPLICATION PROCESSING & COORDINATION • Coordinate with branch, verification, operations, credit and other internal teams. • Track applications from login through verification and approval. • Follow up on pending documents, verification requirements and application queries. E. CUSTOMER SERVICE & PORTFOLIO SUPPORT • Keep customers informed about application status. • Resolve customer queries professionally and provide post-sales support. • Maintain healthy customer relationships and support activation/usage as applicable. 3. POSITION SUMMARY PNB – FUTURZ Payroll | Credit Card Sales Executive | Page 4  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION • Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board. • Graduates may also apply. EXPERIENCE • 0–3 years in Banking, Credit Card Sales, Retail Sales, NBFC, Financial Services, Direct Sales or Field Sales. • Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered. DESIRED SKILLS • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer handling and convincing ability. • Sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills. • Willingness to travel locally for field sales. • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products. • Ability to work with sales targets and daily activity goals. • Ability to build customer relationships and generate referrals.
