Job Description

  • Listen to customer grievances, log them into the system, and coordinate with workshop managers, service advisors, or sales heads for quick closure.
  • Ensure unhappy customers receive a callback and closure confirmation.
  • Track and record customer feedback regarding vehicle performance or workshop service quality.
  • Help coordinate appointment bookings for the workshop floor.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, CRM software, and Excel sheets daily.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly feedback and CSI metrics reports for management.
  • Greet walk-in customers, assist during new car/bike delivery ceremonies, and explain basic warranty or feature details.
