Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can confidently communicate with clients, handle customer calls, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients/customers.
• Communicate with clients professionally and understand their queries or requirements.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow up with clients as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure a good customer experience through professional and polite communication.

Required Skills:

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
