Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage insurance-related data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and data verification. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of insurance policies and other related information while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update insurance-related data in the company’s software, portals, and internal systems.
2. Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, policy numbers, insured details, premium amounts, policy periods, and coverage information.
3. Upload insurance documents, endorsements and other relevant files to the appropriate portals.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
5. Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated within the prescribed timelines.
6. Handle data confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive client and policy information.
7. Perform data reconciliation and identify errors, duplicate entries, or incomplete records.
8. Support the operations, policy servicing, and claims teams with data-related activities as required.
9. Complete daily assigned tasks within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
