Job Description

We are looking for a Marketplace Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to drive sales, improve rankings, and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


Amazon Ads

  • Plan and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research using Amazon tools & third-party software.
  • Optimize bids, placements, and targeting for higher conversions.
  • Monitor ACoS, CTR, and conversion rates; adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage negative keywords to reduce wasted spend.

Flipkart Ads

  • Create and manage Flipkart Product Listing Ads (PLA), Product Contextual Ads (PCA), Display Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize targeting and bids for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Track and improve ROI across campaigns.
  • Work with the catalog team to ensure listings are optimized for ads.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Generate weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies.
