We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage our online presence and paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facebook, Instagram & YouTube accounts ko professionally manage karna.
- Editing team se ready Reels, Shorts, Videos & Creatives lekar regular posting/scheduling karna.
- Har post/video ke liye proper Title, Caption, Description, Hashtags, Keywords & CTA lagana.
- YouTube videos/Shorts upload karna aur basic YouTube SEO karna.
- Social media content calendar maintain karna.
- Meta Ads Manager se Facebook & Instagram Ads run karna.
- Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Sales/Conversion & Retargeting campaigns manage karna.
- Landing Page/Webinar ke liye paid campaigns run aur optimize karna.
- Ads ka daily performance monitor karna — CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, Leads, Conversion & Ad Spend.
- Low-performing campaigns ko identify karke optimize karna.
- Comments/messages/basic audience engagement monitor karna.
- Weekly/Monthly social media & advertising performance report dena.
- Marketing team ke saath milkar followers, leads aur sales growth par kaam karna.
Important:
Video shooting aur professional video editing ke liye separate team available hai. Candidate ko mainly Digital Marketing, Social Media Posting/Management & Meta Ads handle karna hai.
Required Skills:
Meta Ads Manager • Facebook Marketing • Instagram Marketing • YouTube Management • Social Media Marketing • Lead Generation • Basic YouTube SEO • Content Scheduling • Analytics & Reporting
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred. Candidate ko Meta Ads ka practical experience hona chahiye. Interview ke time previous campaigns/results dikhane wale candidates ko preference milegi.
Goal: Sirf posts upload karna nahi, balki social media reach, quality leads aur conversions/sales improve karna is role ki main responsibility hogi.
