• Key Job Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog ManagementCreate new product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes.

• Upload product images, size charts, and other catalog information.
• Manage SKU codes, style codes, FSNs, and product variations.
• Resolve listing errors, catalog rejections, and product approval issues.
• Ensure accurate product information across marketplaces.

2. Marketplace Account ManagementManage seller accounts on Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, and Meesho.

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
• Handle brand approvals, category approvals, and seller onboarding.
• Raise and follow up on support tickets with marketplace teams.
• Coordinate account activation and resolve operational issues.

3. Pricing & Inventory ManagementUpdate selling prices, MRP, stock quantities, and discounts.

• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Maintain pricing sheets and stock reports.
• Update marketplace pricing according to business requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams.

4. Order Processing & LogisticsMonitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.

• Manage Ready to Dispatch (RTD), manifest generation, and shipment processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for packing and dispatch.
• Follow up on missed pickups, delayed shipments, and reattempt orders.
• Monitor cancellations, returns, and delivery-related issues.

5. Sales & Performance MonitoringTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

• Prepare sales reports, order reports, and product performance reports.
• Monitor returns, cancellations, conversion rates, and best-selling products.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Share performance updates with management and clients.

6. Promotions & Campaign ManagementParticipate in marketplace sales campaigns and promotional events.

• Manage coupons, discounts, and promotional pricing.
• Monitor campaign budgets and advertising performance.
• Coordinate campaign participation and ensure product eligibility.
• Track the impact of promotions on sales.

7. Payments & ReconciliationMonitor marketplace settlements and payment reports.

• Reconcile orders, sales, returns, fees, and seller payments.
• Identify settlement discrepancies and raise claims or support tickets.
• Track payment holds and pending reimbursements.
• Maintain payment reconciliation sheets.

8. Returns & Claims ManagementMonitor customer returns, RTOs, and rejected shipments.

• Investigate return-related losses and discrepancies.
• Raise claims for eligible lost, damaged, or incorrectly returned products.
• Follow up on claim status and reimbursement.
• Maintain return and claim tracking reports.

9. Client & Team CoordinationCommunicate with sellers and clients regarding account performance.

• Collect product data, images, GST details, and other onboarding documents.
• Coordinate with catalog, warehouse, finance, and marketplace support teams.
• Provide regular operational updates to clients and management.
• Maintain professional communication and resolve client queries.
