Job Description

  • Manage and monitor all major online marketplaces, including Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
  • Handle complete day-to-day e-commerce operations across all platforms.
  • Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance and marketplace targets.
  • Analyse sales reports, MIS, and marketplace data to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, customer issues, and product updates.
  • Manage and guide the e-commerce team and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
  • Identify platform issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.
  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure products are properly listed, updated, and available across all platforms.
