Job Description
- Handle day-to-day back-office and documentation work for Solar EPC projects.
- Maintain project records, invoices, quotations, work orders, and other documents.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, site teams, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare and update MIS reports, Excel sheets, and project status reports.
- Track material orders, deliveries, payments, and project-related updates.
- Manage data entry and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the team in project coordination and administrative activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations is required.
- Prior experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Back Office will be preferred.
