Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Visit companies and industries for client acquisition.
  • Generate new business leads and build company connections.
  • Explain recruitment and placement services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR and management teams.
  • Collect job vacancies and hiring requirements from companies.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
  • Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher / Experienced
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
