Field Sales Executive

Essence ERP is a software company in Surat. We build ERP software for factories, the system that runs their stock, production, accounts and GST in one place. We already have clients live in textile, manufacturing and healthcare.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to help us reach more of them.

What the job is really about

Most factories in Surat are still running on Tally and a lot of Excel sheets. The owners know it is not working. What they don't know is that a proper ERP does not have to cost 30 lakhs.

Your job is to go and tell them.

Mornings you will be in the office, building your list, making calls, planning where you are going. Afternoons you are out, meeting factory owners and managers. You find out what is going wrong in their business, and if it sounds like something we can fix, you set up a meeting with our team. You come to that meeting too.

Five or six visits a day. Some days nobody will meet you. Some days you will sit with an owner for an hour. That is the job.

Who we are looking for

Someone with 1 to 3 years of sales experience who is comfortable walking into a factory without an appointment. You should know your way around Surat's industrial areas, speak Gujarati and Hindi properly, and have your own two-wheeler.

You do not need to know anything about software. We will teach you the product properly, and you will not be sent out alone until you are ready.

If you have sold Tally, computers, IT services, CCTV, machinery, equipment or packaging to factories, you already know how this works. That experience matters more to us than a software background.

What you will earn

Fixed salary every month.

5% on every deal that closes ,our projects are ₹4 lakhs, so that is ₹20,000 in your hand per client.

In a good month you should be making ₹50,000 or more.
