Job Description
- Identify and approach potential franchisees within designated territories.
- Conduct on-ground visits to prospective franchise locations to assess the suitability and market conditions.
- Present the company’s franchise model, including product range, operational support, and financial benefits to potential franchisees.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects and convert them into successful franchise agreements.
- Organize and lead franchise tours, showcasing operational sites, production facilities, and key product lines.
- Provide detailed presentations to franchise candidates, highlighting business opportunities, market trends, and the advantages of partnering with the brand.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to arrange promotional materials and ensure consistent branding during franchise tours.
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and regions for potential franchise growth.
- Gather feedback from franchise prospects and existing franchisees to understand market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to refine sales strategies and offer competitive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise prospects and existing franchise partners.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the head office, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees in terms of product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational issues.
- Keep accurate records of all franchise sales activities, customer interactions, and tour feedback in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead generation, and franchise acquisition progress.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with franchise agreements, contracts, and legal formalities.
