Head - HR

We are hiring a Female HR & Admin Executive to handle employee-related work and daily office administration. The candidate should be responsible, organised and comfortable coordinating with office staff and garment workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of workers and staff.

Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate timely salary payments.

Manage employee joining, onboarding, documents, ID cards and exit formalities.

Recruit staff and workers according to company requirements.

Maintain employee files, salary records, advances and deductions.

Handle employee concerns and coordinate between management and staff.

Arrange office requirements such as keyboards, mouse, computers, stationery and other supplies.

Maintain records of company assets issued to employees.

Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping and vendor-related work.

Prepare HR reports and update employee information in Excel.

Ensure workplace discipline and follow company policies.

Support management with other HR and administrative responsibilities.
