👤 Experience: 2+ Years in Non IT  

📍 Location: Vesu, Surat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle.
  • Handle recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries and HR communication.
  • Conduct inductions and implement HR policies.
  • Track probation, appraisals and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate client documentation and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR compliance.
