HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives in line with company objectives.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and exit processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for various positions.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Develop effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll and attendance-related activities with the relevant teams.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee learning initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics for management.
• Support organizational development, culture-building, and change-management initiatives.
• Ensure effective HR communication across the organization.
• Manage and mentor the HR team and improve HR processes continuously.
