About the Job:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Surat

This is a pure recruitment role where you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for Soft Line Staff positions — from sourcing candidates to pre-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial/telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with the respective hiring panel.
• Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations.
• Complete the candidate pre-boarding process.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Work towards closing positions within the defined TAT.
• Maintain good communication and a positive candidate experience.
• What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ months of hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with candidates and handling follow-ups.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience using recruitment portals and social media for hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge or interest in Employer Branding will be an added advantage
