Import Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Import Executive to manage and coordinate import-related activities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end import documentation and processes.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA and other logistics partners.

Prepare and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading and related documents.

Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams for import requirements and material follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of import transactions and documentation.

Follow up on shipment status, customs clearance and delivery schedules.

Ensure compliance with applicable import procedures and company requirements.

Required Skills:

3–4 years of relevant experience in import/logistics operations.

Good knowledge of import documentation and procedures.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow-ups efficiently.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
