Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
