Job Role:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our jewellery showroom team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery.
• Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing and offers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth billing and order processing.
• Follow company policies and showroom standards.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable and positive personality.
• Sales or jewellery showroom experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a showroom environment.
