Job Description

  • Stock Accounting: Record stock receipts (GRNs), consumption, transfers, and dispatches in ERP/accounting software using FIFO or Weighted Average valuation.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct physical stock audits, reconcile physical counts against ledger balances, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Costing & Close: Calculate landed costs (freight, duties), manage month-end stock closing entries, and record scrap or shrinkage.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving inventory; track turnover and holding costs.
  • Controls: Validate delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders to prevent stock leakage.
  • Software : Should Able to Operate Inventory Software Like SAP
