Job Description

Job Role: MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update customer, dealer, vehicle, and GPS device data.
  2. Manage GPS subscription, SIM, and server license expiry records.
  3. Track renewal dates and send timely reminders to customers.
  4. Maintain and manage data from multiple GPS tracking servers.
  5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
  6. Monitor pending renewals, payments, and customer records.
  7. Verify data accuracy and update records in the company software.
  8. Coordinate with the sales, technical, and customer support teams.
  9. Maintain proper records of GPS activation, renewal, and service status.
  10. Perform other data management and reporting tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Freshers can apply.
