Job Description

Designation: Personal Assistant (PA)

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, documents, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients as required.
  • Maintain records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Provide administrative and personal assistance to management.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Fluent in English – strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
