Job Description
. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily, weekly and monthly production
- Achieve production targets as per customer requirements and dispatch schedules
- Manage production supervisors, operators and manpower
- Monitor machine capacity, productivity and utilization
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase
- Control rejection, wastage, rework and production losses
- Improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards
- Prepare and review Daily Production Reports, MIS and Monthly Production Reports
- Monitor raw-material consumption and production yield
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, safety and continuous improvement
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Train and develop production staff
- Ensure proper discipline and safety practices on the shop floor
- Maintain production cost within approved targets
- Support new product development and process improvement
- Experience in Narrow Woven Fabrics Tape, Elastic Tape, Braiding, Textile or similar manufacturing preferred
