Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Electronics / EC / IC.
- Strong knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Drives (preferably Siemens solutions).
- Proficiency in WINCC, TIA Portal, and ladder logic programming.
- Good understanding of project execution, documentation, and technical standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new automation technologies.
Must Criteria:
- Ready to sign a 3-year service agreement.
- Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license.
- Preferably from Gujarat or willing to relocate.
- Regular traveling is part of this job (especially for male candidates)

- For Experienced Candidate – CTC Range will be between 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs per annum (inclusive of PF, ESIC / Insurance, and other statutory benefits) + Incentive & Annual salary increment.
- For Freshers - CTC: 2.50 Lacs per annum including above benefits
- Leave Policy:
- 24 Privileged Leaves (PL)
- 6 Casual Leaves (CL)
- 12 additional week-off (on 3rd Saturday of every month)
- 15 Public Holidays
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, additional week off on 3rd Saturday of every month)'
