Job Description
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
- Basic English reading, writing and communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office / basic data entry
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Polite, presentable and professional approach
- Ability to maintain records and coordinate office activities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reception desk and incoming visitors/clients
- Attend and manage client calls and enquiries
- Coordinate with clients and concerned laboratory/office staff
- Maintain inward materials/samples details and related records
- Prepare and maintain outward report details
- Perform basic data entry and computer work
- Maintain reception records, documents and registers
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who is punctual, disciplined, confident in client handling, comfortable with computer work, and capable of managing reception activities independently
