About EpiclaneEpiclane is a customized gifting and corporate gifting company offering personalized products such as corporate gift sets, diaries, pens, bottles, desk organizers, calendars, trophies, employee kits, hampers, and other customized gifting solutions.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, communicate with corporate clients, follow up on leads, and help grow Epiclane's customer base.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads for corporate and bulk gifting orders.
• Identify and approach potential customers such as companies, HR teams, procurement departments, offices, manufacturers, banks, pharma companies, IT companies, schools, institutions, and other businesses.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Share product catalogues, quotations, samples, and customization options with customers.
• Regularly follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Find new corporate clients through online research and market research.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and order status.
• Coordinate with the design and production team regarding customer requirements and order timelines.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, payments, and order confirmation.
• Assist with sales campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
• Work towards monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for additional or repeat orders.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email, and internet research.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, customized products, or related industries is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in lead generation, telecalling, field sales, or corporate sales will be preferred.

Primary GoalThe main objective of this role is to generate qualified corporate leads, consistently follow up with prospects, convert opportunities into orders, and develop long-term business relationships for Epiclane.
