Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate quality leads through active outbound calling and other assigned channels.
- Handle incoming inquiries and counsel prospective students/clients regarding relevant products, services, or offerings.
- Understand customer requirements, address queries, and guide prospective leads towards conversion.
- Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with potential leads to maximise conversions and enrolments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, follow-up, and pipeline records in the Company's CRM software.
- Work towards achieving assigned individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Coordinate with the concerned internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling and conversion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead status, and conversions to the Reporting Manager.
