Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow business across Surat and key industrial areas of South Gujarat.
- Build strong relationships with customers in Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power, Textiles, Chemicals, and other manufacturing industries.
- Promote industrial products including Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication Systems, Automatic Lubrication Solutions, and other power transmission products.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into business.
- Identify shutdown, maintenance, replacement, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Travel extensively across Surat and South Gujarat as required.
What We're Looking
- For 2–5 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in Surat/South Gujarat.
- Experience selling engineering products, MRO products, bearings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, industrial automation, or similar products.
- Strong customer network in Surat and surrounding industrial areas.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Gujarat.
