Job Description
- Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and premium customer experience.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle showroom walk-ins, phone enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries, website leads, and other online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively convert leads and enquiries into successful sales opportunities.
- Present and explain products, designs, materials, finishes, and customized solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry and follow-up to order confirmation, execution, and final handover.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for post-sales requirements and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in tracking sheets/CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales growth.
- Ensure the showroom is maintained and presented according to the company's premium brand standards.
