The Sales Executive should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
