Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s products/services thoroughly, including their features, benefits, pricing, and USPs.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Present and explain the product/service effectively to customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers to close deals.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing and delivery after the sale.
• Stay updated about product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding the product/service.
