About Us
Softieons Technologies is a fast-growing software company specializing in CRM solutions, Shipping & Logistics Software, Mobile Applications, ERP Solutions, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and AI-powered business solutions. We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Visit prospective clients and present company products and software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain business benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, business events, and networking meetings when required.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and weekly sales updates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B software, IT, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Digital Marketing, or Logistics sales is preferred.
