Job Description

We are a growing Surat-based company running two businesses — Yash Imitation (wholesale imitation jewellery, B2B) and Givitas (D2C personalized gifting brand). We are looking for a Sales / E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and convert incoming business leads.

This is an office-based, full-time, long-term position at our Saroli office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central — listings, pricing, inventory, orders and returns
  • Handle product uploads, order fulfilment and tracking updates on our Shopify D2C store
  • Respond to and follow up on buyer leads from IndiaMART — calling, sharing catalogs, sending quotations and closing orders
  • Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure orders go out on time
  • Maintain daily sales and order reports in Excel
  • Handle customer queries over call and WhatsApp, and resolve complaints and negative feedback
  • Support B2B dealer follow-ups and repeat order generation
