Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to handle leads received through IndiaMART, Instagram, WhatsApp and other online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our fabric products, sharing prices and details, following up regularly, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with IndiaMART leads
  • Handle Instagram & WhatsApp customer inquiries
  • Explain products, prices, MOQ, colours and availability
  • Convert leads into sales/orders
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers
  • Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team when required

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • english required
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
  • good computer and WhatsApp knowledge
