Social Media Executive – Job Requirement

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and executing day-to-day digital content activities. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and handling social media accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Scheduling and publishing content, including Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, Shorts, and LinkedIn updates, using scheduling tools or native platform features.
• Planning and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Uploading and optimizing content with appropriate captions, hashtags, keywords, and tags to maximize reach and engagement.
• Coordinating with the design and video editing team to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitoring audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions when required.
• Tracking post performance and preparing basic reports on reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Staying updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and best practices.
• Ensuring all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram Creator tools, and social media scheduling platforms (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later) will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trending audio, hashtag strategies, and content optimization techniques is preferred.
• Handling clients & communicating with them regarding the tie ups & meetings
