Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify & generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals
Target private hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, govt healthcare institutions
Build & maintain strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
Client Visits & Relationship Management
Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, healthcare consultants, architects, contractors
Establish long-term relationships with hospital administrators, purchase heads, project managers
Represent SALLMEQ Group professionally in all interactions
Client Meetings & Site Assessment
Understand project requirements, timelines, budget expectations; present company profile, portfolio, case studies
Visit project sites, measure, assess infrastructure, document observations
Collaborate with technical team to define solution requirements based on site conditions
BOQ, Quotation & Order Conversion
Coordinate with technical & design team for BOQ & commercial quotations; ensure accuracy, competitive pricing, timely submission
Present & explain quotations, address queries; proactively follow up on proposals & negotiations
Handle objections, negotiate terms, close orders; maintain updated inquiry tracker
Market Intelligence & Documentation
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, new hospital projects; submit daily job cards, visit reports, pipeline updates
Develop, implement, modify SOPs; share market feedback for product development
Support other depts during peaks; collaborate to streamline processes
