We are looking for a confident, polite and responsible Female Telecaller / Customer Enquiry & Sales Executive to handle customer calls and enquiries generated through our YouTube, WhatsApp and other platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right product.
• Explain our products, sizes, specifications and pricing clearly.
• Share product details, photos and quotations with customers on WhatsApp.
• Take and record customer orders accurately.
• Follow up with interested customers and pending enquiries.
• Maintain customer and order records.
• Coordinate with the team regarding stock, orders and dispatch.
• Ensure every customer receives a polite and professional response.
• Handle missed calls and call customers back on time.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic English understanding is preferred.
• Polite, confident and patient while talking to customers.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
• Willingness to learn about our products and business.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and are willing to learn.
