Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and follow-ups.
Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and sales performance.
