Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining our IT products/services, and converting leads into customers.

  • ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Explain IT products/services to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer queries and objections.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos.
  • Maintain customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
