Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Executive


Company: Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd


Location: Kadodara, Surat


Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month


Job Type: Full-Time | Junior Level


Key Responsibilities


  • Stock & Inventory: Oversee inward, outward, dispatch, and physical tracking using ERP, Tally, and Excel.

  • Documentation: Manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, stock transfers, invoices, and gate passes.

  • Storage & Handling: Direct material binning, labeling, damage checks, and systematic warehouse layout.

  • Audits & Coordination: Conduct regular physical stock audits, reconcile balances, and coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.

  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock, aging, and material balance reports.

Requirements


  • Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).

  • Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations within manufacturing.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/Tally.

  • Gender: Male.

  • Working Hours: Mon–Sat: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Sun: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
