Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our Solar and EV products & solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

Generate new leads through field visits, references, dealers, corporate clients, and other channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

Handle customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals.

Monitor sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and sales forecasts.

Coordinate with the technical, project, accounts, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Manage dealer/distributor relationships and support channel sales.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and pending payments.

Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues professionally.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
