Job Description
Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Handle material inward, outward, receiving and issuing.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects and Accounts teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Supervise store staff and ensure safety and security of materials.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 2–5 years in Store/Inventory/Warehouse, preferably in Manufacturing/Solar/EV industry.
Skills: Inventory Management, MS Excel/ERP, Documentation, Team Management, Coordination and Communication.
